Påskmiddag at Reisen with Sippan and O

Easter holiday started! I have never celebrated Easter before. My first Easter dinner was in Reisen with Sippan and O at Thursday night. We have been talking about visiting this restaurant long time. Finally we had a wonderful dinner together! 注意: このディナーの後,キッチンのメンバーが解散してしまいました.急なことだったので,キッチンに力を入れていたホテル側も大慌てだったようです.そんなわけで,残念ながらこの記事のメニューはもう食べられません. Reisen is a 5 stars Hotel located in Gamlastan, the Restaurant and the bar at the ground floor have been renovated recently. They have high class service and wonderful food but at the same time the atmosphere is very cozy and not uncomfortable at all. I really like that. We started with Champagne at the bar and then moved to the table. All bread is home-made and baked at their Kitchen, even Knäcke bröd! Butter, olives, Mortadella. All these simple things are also of very high quality, not only the main food. Förrätt Ostron ”fi nes de claire” charlottenlök och citron I love oysters! This was the first time I had oysters in Stockholm. When I eat oysters I always feel I can go on eating forever. But of course that’s impossible. To tell the truth, I have tried to eat as much oysters as possible at Bibendum in London and at home in Chiba. After this wonderful food and drinks, Champagne, white and read wines, desert wine, Kalvados, cocktails, beer…, we are really satisfied and so drunk. I could not finish my last Champagne! The Fish was also really drunk but Sippan and O did not seem drunk at all! Ojojoj… this is Swedish style I thought! Time just flied with this wonderful dinner. An amazing thing was that we didn’t think about the cost at all. We just enjoined. Thank you very much Sippan and O for inviting us to this dinner to start the Easter celebration! We have “food lover”-friends in Japan as well, akiko and her husband, the Chef. Now we found other food-lover friends in Stockholm!
