かつおのたたきジェノベーゼが懐かしくなって,サーモンで代用.これに少し醤油もたらすと最高.邪道の極みみたいで恥ずかしいですが,おいしいです,これ.

“Tataki” is a way of preparing raw fish in Japan. You know, “Sashimi” is a raw fish dish but “Tataki” is slightly cooked Sashimi.

巨大ネギ間に豪快に塩を振り,これをバーベキューオーブンに載せて焼くと,まさに焼き鳥屋で食べる炭火焼ネギ間の味.うまい!
I have to introduce how to make Yakitori for barbeque before the summer season really ends.

さっぱりしているので,暑い日に最適.と言っても,スウェーデンの夏は終わりかもしれない.. 雨の日が続いています.
Very healthy and light dinner but it’s really tasty! This sesame dressing is amazing. I am very sad because I cannot buy this in Sweden.

やっぱり夏はカレーです.
Curry is not Japanese food originally of course. But, “Japanese type of curry” exists in Japan and the taste is different from Indian or Tai curry.

サッと湯がいた青菜を絞って,鰹節をふりかけ,醤油をたらして食べる.非常に簡単でおいしく日本食には欠かせません.おひたしの中で一番好きなのが,春の七草の1つ,ナズナです.

揚げ豆腐と中華風ひき肉のソース,なかなかおいしい組み合わせです.実は揚げ豆腐を作ったのは初めて.豆腐は,水分を沢山含むので油が跳ねそうですが,全然跳ねない.まぶした粉が水分を上手く含んですばやく蒸発させてくれるからなのだろうか.

Have you ever tried a deep-fried Tofu? This is one of my favorite foods. This is good for your health but not too light. It's sounds dangerous to cook this but totally OK. Leave a Tofu on the baskets few minute in order to remove water from Tofu. Probably it is better to put some weight (for example, a dish) on the Tofu. Coat with flour and just deep-fry it

定番の照り焼きチキン.昔から大好きでした.これがあるとついご飯を食べ過ぎてしまいます.
This dish is very mice with white rice. Swedish friends, please try to not put soy sauce on the white rice when you eat this dish.

実は,恵方巻を食べたのは生まれて初めてです.節分といえば,豆まきしかやって来なかったので,これまで恵方巻を食べる習慣が存在していることさえ知りませんでした.
Setsubun ("seasonal division") is a festival held on February 3. We celebrate Setubun with several ways. This year, I eat Ehou-Maki (Special Maki Sushi) for celebration first time in my life. This way of celebration is originally from Kansai region even though this is too simple explanation. I was born in Nagano (part of Kanto) and living in Chiba, so I have never herd about this before.

お魚と野菜の旨みが調和してあっさりとおいしくできあがります.レモン汁をたっぷりかけていただきます. なんと言ってもアルミホイルを開ける瞬間がいい!
The best moment of the dish is when you open the aluminum bag. Warm steam rises up to your nose, the smell is very nice. After you have opened it, squeeze lemon juice over it. The liquid from the fish and the vegetables make a very tasty sauce.
