The best moment of the dish is when you open the aluminum bag. Warm steam rises up to your nose, the smell is very nice. After you have opened it, squeeze lemon juice over it. The liquid from the fish and the vegetables make a very tasty sauce.

Spread butter on the aluminum film and put vegetables (for example, sliced onion and carrot) and fish or meat. Add salt and pepper. Then just wrap them, put it in a flat pan, add some water, put the lid on and start to bake. That’s it.
You can put anything in the aluminum bag. I used cod adn cod roe this time but salmon or chicken breast etc. is also fine.
