香りがとてもよく,ホカホカのパン.お料理のコースに付いてきたパンなのですが,こんなにおいしいパンを食べたのは久しぶりなので,思わずトップに持ってきてしまいました.もちろんお目当てのスウェーデン料理も本格的で,大満足でした.
I went to Swedish restaurant “Gamla stan” with my family tonight. Each dish is very tasty and they are really Swedish food! My family loves this place. My fathers’ favorite was this bread. The chef told me that he learned this recipe from a Swedish mormor when he was in Sweden.

料理に,というより食べることに全く無関心のチチの数少ない好物の1つ.シンプルな冷奴です.これをカレーの前に2杯も食べました.
One of the best way to eat Tofu, Hiyayakko. Put fish chips, chopped leek and grinded ginger on the Tofu and drop soy sauce.
I had never visited Azumino before. My image of Azumino was fashionable or cool countryside and actually this was. There are many cottages or villas and art galleries in this area. Of cause nice restaurants and cafes located in this area too!!
I moved to countryside from the city. Air and water make me relaxed. They are very fresh and tasty. I remember how mice the countryside is! Now I feel it was grate opportunity to stay the country side before I move to Stockholm and start new job.
One of my best friends brought me to her favorite restaurant, “Azumino dinner”. The restaurant serves season’s dinner. They use their hand made bio vegetables and also select nice ingredients from whole Japan and the world. You can see them at the small museum in the restaurant.
The time is slow and relaxed when we stay the place. This is perfect place to visit at a weekend if you live in busy Tokyo. The owner of the shop is food researcher (?) She often came to table form the Kitchen and explained about the dishes friendly.

Fresh and sweet strawberry with sauce of cointreau, balsamic and honey
I was bit confused when I saw the served strawberry. This was not dolce but antipasto. This simple but nice souse fits for sweet strawberries very much.
★ 野菜スープ -- おろしたてのパルメジャーノと一緒に
Veg soup
She said she just got tasty parmigiano from Italy. The combination of this rich grounded cheese and simple veg soup was really nice.
